This is an absolutely brilliant series of books. It is well written with a host of interesting and likable characters all employed in a very unusual craft. The first book covers Alexa and Alison being trained in many different things to prepare them for their future. Secondly, they are released on the unsuspecting world and thirdly their adult lives, and the creation of the "Next Generation." At near enough 24 hours I expected to be listening to each book and then maybe something else before going back to this one. No Chance! It is addictive and edge of seat from the very first page of book 1 until the very last of book 3. Jennifer Guest does a wonderful job of the narration and brings the whole story to life. I hope to listen to more Cindy Naiditch books in the future. Can't recommend highly enough.
