The Few
About
No one is safe. Except a few.
Two years into the new administration and the country seems headed toward self-destruction. Immeasurable unemployment, intermittent food supplies, environmental toxicity, and over-reaching surveillance of the general population are just some of the challenges. Billionaires run the country, and they have but one goal: to increase their wealth. The less fortunate are of no concern to them.
Against this backdrop, Troy, Carson, and Jimmy, friends since high school, struggle to find their place in society. For Troy, it’s easy. He comes from wealth. But that doesn’t shield him from those who operate in an unregulated system.
Not quite destitute, Carson and Jimmy live their own nightmares. One chooses to assist the resistance. The other simply tries to survive.
Who triumphs in an environment designed to disempower all but a few?
